Course Terms & Policies

Class Payment & Refund Policy

• Course prepayment secures your seat due to limited class sizes.
• No refunds will be issued once the class has started.
• If you cancel within 45 days of payment and before your scheduled class, you will receive a full refund.
• After 45 days, the payment becomes a credit for future services only. No refund will be given for credits.
• Cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to additional fees.

Missed Classes & Make-Ups

If you miss a class due to a legitimate emergency (e.g., illness, accident), you may reschedule at no extra cost.

Make-up classes are subject to availability and scheduled at Hogan Firearm Training’s discretion.

Examinations & Qualifications

• Students must meet minimum exam and/or live fire qualification scores to pass the course.
• No certificate or refund will be given if you do not meet the required scores.
• Additional exam or re-qualification attempts may be allowed at our discretion and will incur additional fees.
• Fees vary based on the method of re-testing and will be discussed individually.

Waiver & Release

All students are required to sign a waiver before participating in any class or training session.
